We might as well call this mini week because we have another lovely mini brunch idea for you today and this one will blow your socks off…mini chicken and waffles!
We are totally drooling over today’s idea and we are sure your guests will too. This is a new idea onto the appetizer scene but it is a fabulous one at that. If you are in to southern food, you would know that chicken waffles are huge and thank goodness they have hit the party scene because they are absolutely delicious. The mixture of sweet waffles and syrup with fried chicken is truly amazing., especially if you mix it with gravy too! MMMM our mouths are watering just thinking about it. Just like our fun other mini brunch food ideas this one can be done in a million ways too. The easiest? Eggo minis and small little fried chicken bites, add a skewer and you are golden. There are tons of ways to make them a little but more special than that though like with fun flag skewers or using square waffles instead of circles. We love the idea of mini chicken and waffle sandwiches though. All this goodness in 1 bite, you can’t get better than that. Just wait until you see the chicken and waffle cones though.
