Lovelies! This week is all about brunch ideas and today is one of our very favorite ideas, mini pancake stacks! There is something about mini foods that we just love and if they are pancakes they are even better! Mini pancake stacks are simple to do, yet there are so many ways to do them. You can customize just about everything. You can have unique toppings like different fruits to whipped cream. You can also make a skewer that is completely adorable and perfect for your party theme. Seriously the skewer is the best part! There are so many different flags you can do to the little details you can stick on them. You can also customize how they are displayed. Our favorite ideas are putting them on little stands or a really beautiful plate. We just love all of the different ways that you can put together mini pancake stacks and all of them are adorable. Check out this amazing round up of mini pancake stacks ideas for brunch!

Do these go over well even though they are not warm at serving?
Alejandra Barrena says
Do these work eve tough they are not warm?
Ginny says
Maybe if enough people ask about how good they are even if they are not warm– someone will answer??? Thanks!
Emily Miller says
Ideally you will want to serve these warm and then have people go up to your brunch table as soon as possible. They should stay warm for a bit of time before turning completely cool. At that point you will just have to reheat them.
Ashley says
Do these hold up well by the skewers? For example, at buffet at people are walking through and grab by skewer to put on their plate. I just picture them sliding off. Thanks!
Emily Miller says
Hi Ashley,
Yes they do! They are just like any appetizer.
