Lovelies, we are always on the look out from trends and this weekend we spotted a big one coming on to the scene on dessert bars…tiny apothecary jars! When we first spotted it, we thought it was such a darling idea and then we saw it again and again and knew it was going to be a big trend for 2014! Candy bars and dessert tables used to be made up of different sized apothecary jars, usually is all different shapes and sizes. Lately though apothecary jars have been popping up in small, almost tiny size for each individual guest to have. We love this idea because you can fill an apothecary jar to your hearts content. Apothecary jar desserts? Definitely! You can put individual desserts in there like tiny macroons or even layers of cake to resemble a push pop dessert or desserts in a jar. We have also seen them just filled with candies like gumballs and sixlets for each guests to have. This works well to have smaller portions too of candy so you don’t end up with so many left overs. The great news is we spotted this darling jars in TomKat Studio Shop, so make sure to check them out. We love these little tiny apothecary jars for dessert bars and have rounded up a few pictures the we have spotted of these new trend to show you just how lovely they really are!
