This is the perfect treat for all of your adult friends for St. Patrick’s day. Baileys Chocolate Ganache between two delectable cookies. YUM! We know the word Ganache scares me too but this recipe by Raspberri Cupcakes makes it look so easy and totally worth it. I can’t think of anything I would rather enjoy on St. Patrick’s Day than green shamrocks with a chocolate Bailey’s center. An even better idea is coffee with baileys with these amazing macarons.
